What's up, Torchwood?

Here's a bit of news this week on the TV series Torchwood. Earlier this year, FOX was going to remake Torchwood for American audiences, but still produced by Torchwood producer Russel T Davies and starring Torchwood star John Barrowman. However, in April FOX dropped the idea. With such an extremely liberal show, can you blame them? This is a relief.

However, next summer there will be a fourth season (10 episodes) that takes place in the US and other parts of the world. It's still produced by Davies and co. and still starring John Barrowman, Eve Miles, and Kai Owen. Title at the moment: The New World. Is it normal for people to put a title on a season? I understand that season 3 was Children of Earth because it's a mini-series. Sounds like this is a 10-hour plotline as opposed to stand-alone episodes. Sounds epic. But they're playing it on Starz. Don't you have to pay for that? :(
